The service is professionalized and service-oriented. The dining experience offers good internet, tea or coffee to drink, and includes butter and jam, but the location is dimly lit. Overall, the price offers value for money with homemade marmalade available.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and impressive, complete with a sofa bed and two bedrooms, making my stay very comfortable. The service was professional and service-oriented, ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The location was superb, near Tai Cheong Bakery selling delicious egg tarts and close to Wan Chai MTR Station, making it convenient to explore the area. Although the hotel is in a less well-lit area of Wan Chai, it is very close to the convention center, which was perfect for my needs.
